Prior to his time at Samsung, Russell spent about a dozen years in the Media and Advertising world, in various disciplines ranging from Sales and Revenue Operations, to Strategic Finance and Corporate Development primarily at hyper growth companies. Prior to his time in Digital Media, Russell began his career in Financial Services, including stops at American Express, Credit Suisse, and Goldman Sachs.
Russell studied at the University of Pennsylvania, majoring in Economics and International Relations. His business focus was in Operations and Information Management at the Wharton School of Business.
In his personal life, he is passionate about fly fishing, hiking, and most recently, gardening (thanks to COVID).
