Gary Kayye, founder of rAVe [PUBS], has worked in the industry as a consultant, writer and speaker for more than 25 years. He was the 2003 InfoComm Educator of the Year and 2007 NSCA Instructor of the Year. Prior to founding his own consulting and publishing company, Gary was vice president of sales and marketing for AMX (now owned by HARMAN) and vice president of sales and marketing at Extron. He graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill, where he currently teaches classes on technology and branding in the School of Media & Journalism.

Steph Beckett is an editor, on-air personality and resident comedian at rAVe. She not only spearheads rAVe [PUBS], the AV industry’s #1 news source, but also hosts live virtual events through THE rAVe Agency’s LAVNCH platform and co-hosts a weekly news show, rAVe [TV], with Gary Kayye. Steph is a journalist, first and foremost, with a bachelor’s of arts in journalism from UNC and a master’s of science in journalism from Columbia University. She is currently using her passion for education in her podcast, “Study With Steph,” where she covers topics relating to the CTS exam. (Study With Steph has been renewed for season 2 because she failed the test the first time.) Finally, she is known for weaving her training and past experiences as a DJ at a country music station to add playfulness and spunk to whatever she does.

Megan A. Dutta is an experienced storyteller focused on educating technology professionals through both the spoken and written word. As a technology journalist, Dutta puts her passion for the audiovisual industry on each and every page, whether print or digital. Dutta is currently the director of emerging markets at THE rAVe Agency where she explores new technologies like extended reality (XR). In her role, Dutta uses rAVe’s LAVNCH platform to investigate emerging trends while bringing new knowledge to the pro AV community and beyond with the new publication LAVNCH [CODE].

Morgan spearheads rAVe [STORYTELLING], the strategic communications and public relations talent of THE rAVe Agency. rAVe [STORYTELLING] manages aspects of marketing, communications and public relations for clients in the AV industry and beyond. Morgan earned her bachelors’ degree in Mass Communications and Media Studies from Arizona State University. Morgan holds her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR), a mark of distinction for public relations professionals, and brings more than eight years of in-house and agency experience in a variety of markets, including AV, to THE rAVe Agency.
