Marketing Analyst
This position is responsible for reviewing and interpreting market trends, customer experience, client campaigns, our competitors’ activities and rAVe’s overall marketing strategy. In this role, you’ll be expected to gather data, write detailed reports on your findings, and advise the leadership team regarding marketing tactics.
Essential Functions
- Conduct research on B2B market trends and any competing brands
- Provide actionable overall market and customer insights to address key strategic questions
- Evaluate customers’ online behavior and provide insights and recommendations for further enhancements to the client experience (specifically related to our LAVNCH platform)
- Analyze data utilizing HubSpot, Wordress, Brand Watch, Google analytics and other various platforms
- Conduct A/B and Multi-variate tests communicating results and providing recommendations
- Prepare detailed reports on consumer behavior, competitors’ activities, and efficacy of rAVe’s marketing performance including activities, outcomes and sales
- Develop/automate regular reports and complete ad-hoc analytic requests
- Advise other marketing functions (newsletters/website, social media strategy, new product offerings, competitive analysis) regarding customer and market data as necessary
- Develop presentations to present marketing and consumer insights to the leadership team, marketing and sales department
- Work with our marketing team to develop marketing strategies
- Continue to stay informed of the latest marketing trends
