Meet the Team: Megan A. Dutta
Megan A. Dutta is the Emerging Markets Director at THE rAVe Agency.
What are you passionate about? I am passionate about opening people’s eyes to new possibilities through technology at work. I love exploring a topic and finding new subject matter experts willing to share their knowledge and experiences with the industry. At home, I’m passionate about my dog. She’s the cutest thing to ever exist.
What does your average weekend look like? You can usually catch me at a Chicago Wolves game during hockey season. I’m out enjoying the sunshine in the summer—probably hiking with my dog or hanging with friends.
If you won the lottery, what would you do first? I would plan a giant trip with all of my friends to somewhere warm where we can all celebrate together.
What is your definition of success? I don’t know that I have a singular definition of success. I celebrate the small wins at work—adding new readers to LAVNCH [CODE], having a LAVNCH & LEARN with diverse speakers who sparked new ideas for others, or even just getting through a tradeshow. At home, success looks like being happy with myself and feeling like I’m fulfilling my life’s mission, which is connecting people to others.
What’s your favorite part about working at THE rAVe Agency? I love that the team is super creative, and the possibilities are endless. I have a lot of ideas that aren’t fully formed, and when I collaborate with others on the team, they each add their own brand of sparkle to it, and we end up with a diamond.
