Meet the Team: Keri Lartz
Keri Lartz is the Director of Operations at THE rAVe Agency.
What’s your go-to productivity trick? My calendar in combination with my to-do list. My calendar runs my life and helps keep me on track throughout the day. I block times to do specific tasks that need focus time to make sure I am dedicating time to the right things. For the to-do list, having everything in front of me helps me analyze and assess priorities and ensure that I am keeping the big picture in mind as I work on things. Plus – crossing things off on the to-do list is very satisfying.
How do you prefer to start your day? I like to read the New York Times’s daily email, The Morning, and then do the mini-crossword puzzle. It’s an excellent way to ease into waking my brain up and staying informed about what is happening in the world. Also, getting that crossword puzzle done means that I have already accomplished something 10 minutes into the new day.
What’s your top destination on the must-visit list? The Grand Canyon is the next place on my list. I enjoy hiking and being active, so I am looking for an adventure where I can do both. In addition, it will get me to 35 out of 50 US states visited! I want to get to all 50 states before I turn 50.
What do you do to turn things around when you’re having a bad day? I run. It is both my favorite pastime and best stress-reliever. Plus, I’m constantly training for a race, so it’s productive as well.
What’s your favorite part about working at THE rAVe Agency? The variety of what we do and the type of people who do it. There is never a dull moment on a workday, and no day is the same as the last. My co-workers and our clients make every day enjoyable.
